Why does Royal ISD need this bond?
The proposed Royal ISD bond would fund the construction of a district-wide stadium, creating a shared space for school programs, community events, and student athletes. The project was recommended by a volunteer committee of parents, community members, and district staff who worked together to identify a solution that benefits the entire district.

No Tax Impact for Voters 65 and Over
For those who are 65 years or older with an approved homestead exemption, there is a property tax “ceiling” that automatically limits school taxes to the amount you paid in the year that you qualified for the homestead and the 65 or Older exemption.
